Kobylenkov Mikhail (1922-2002) - painter and graphic artist. Born in the village Achmat, Saratov Oblast, Russia. In 1952 graduated from the Kyiv Art Insitute.

Studied with V. Yatsenko and A. Coquel, later - with I. Bokshay. Together with the transcarpathian artists participated in the exhibition, which was held at the State Tretyakov Gallery in 1956. Was a member of Artist union of Ukraine. Lived and worked in Sevastopol.
