Winter Kyiv and Kyiv hot summer day, the greenery of Kyiv parks and the crowded Khreshchatyk, Kyiv celebratory and Kiev, rising to the barricades. All these moments of infinite history of Kyiv can be seen in the paintings of the famous master of plener painting Andrei Chebotaru. Galerie Les Noms presents the exhibition "Expressions of Kyiv" with works of the artist dedicated to the city. May 29, 2015 - June 17, 2019

Andrei Chebotaru's paintings impress with interesting compositional solutions and combinations of colors. They capture at first sight thanks to the contrast and harmony of the colored spots in which art critics find a way to Van Gogh's special style. On the canvas of the artist as if there was an explosion of paints, which is restrained by balance of landscapes.

City streets and golden-domed churches, worried metropolitan residents and traffic rumble: A series of works by the artist from the collection of the Les Noms gallery is an opportunity to see the whole city through paint swarms in one exhibition hall.

About the artist: Andriy Chebotaru was born on December 23, 1984 in Sevastopol in the family of artists - Nicholas and Tamara Chebotaru. Studied at the Inkerman Art School, then at the Crimean Art School named after M.S. Samokish and in the landscape studio of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. Participant and organizer of numerous plein airs around the world. Has held many personal exhibitions, including the Council of Europe in Strasbourg (France, 2016). The artist's paintings are exhibited in galleries and private collections of Ukraine, the USA, Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Montenegro, Russia, China.
